Your new role as the Accounts Assistant:

As the Accounts Assistant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and some aspect of Credit Control.

Key duties include:
• Processing high volume invoices
• Uploading invoices to the database
• Matching and coding invoices
• Supplier statements
• Bank reconciliation
• Adhoc duties as required
• Weekly payment runs

Experience & Qualifications required to apply:

To be considered, you must possess at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication abilities, meticulous with great attention to detail. Proficient IT skills, with experience of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel. Prior knowledge and use of Sage would be advantageous. Ideally you will be studying or qualified with AAT, study support can be offered.
