Based in the Solihull area, within easy commute of the M42, my client has been operating for over 75 years and are now looking to recruit for an Accounts / Customer Liaison Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis.
Your New Role as the Accounts / Customer Liaison Administrator:
As the Accounts / Customer Liaison Administrator you will report into the Accounts Manager. Your day-to-day duties will be the following:-
• Cash Posting
• Credit Control/Chasing Accounts
• Querying/Investigations (i.e. faulty items, shortages etc)
• Contacting Carriers
• Purchase Ledger
• Matching up Invoices + Delivery Notes
• Posting Invoices (from suppliers) on their system
• Raising payments (e.g. rebates) to customers
• Month end closedowns
• Balancing Invoices & Payments on Sales & Purchase Ledgers
• Sending out Customer Statements
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Eye for detail/problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft software
• Confident, organised and self-motivated
