Their clients include businesses up to £50million, with VAT's worth several million. They also have audit clients and work on client sites at times when requested.

Their partners have been with the firm for over 36 years, and their staff tends to stay for minimum of 10 years or more.

They have a flat management structure and a good mix of culture and ethnicity. There staff trends between the ages of 30-35 years and they love to have Friday night parties in Liverpool City Center along with Christmas parties each year.

As an Accounts Semi Senior your duties will include:

• Preparing financial year end accounts and Corporation Tax returns.
• Preparing Self-Assessment Returns for various clients including Director Dividends.
• Preparing VAT returns when necessary.
• Mentoring multiple junior colleagues when required.
• Ad-hoc Bookkeeping when required.
