Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to a company based in Belfast who are looking for an administrative assistant for their accounts and finance team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for order and receive items.
• Responsible for raising purchase order numbers
• Provide invoices to clients.
• Co-ordinate with accounts regarding supplier & customer invoices.
• Generation of invoices and credit notes in accordance with invoicing routines
• Updating customer prices
• Prepare quotes.
• Report financial information.
• Manage receivables.
• Manage archive process.
• Support operational departments.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements..
. Qualifications:
Proven experience in working within an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT
Excellent presentation, communication and written skills
Excellent experience time management
