Your New Role as Accounts Assistant:

Working in a busy finance office and receiving a good level of support from the Management Accountant and Financial Controller, the new Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintaining the purchase ledger
• Processing bank transactions
• Liaising with suppliers handling any queries
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts including audit
• Being involved in ongoing process and system enhancements

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or actively studying, with exposure to transactional accounting processes and the desire to develop their skills within finance. Proficient IT skills are required, including Excel with the ability to quickly pick up new finance systems. With a forward thinking approach, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator with strong attention to detail.
