An exciting opportunity for an Assistant / Trainee Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Nuneaton area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

My client enjoys a c£850 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £150 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.

About The Role:
As an Assistant / Trainee Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:

Assisting on a range of schemes including Industrial, Commercial, Logistics and more and you will be reporting and working closely with the Senior Estimator.

About You:
Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Estimator.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage a varied and hectic workload.
Degree or HNC/HND educated (desirable but not essential).
Competent with Microsoft Excel with a good knowledge in Outlook & Word.
Good working knowledge of JCT contracts & current building regulations
Live in a commutable distance to Nuneaton.
