Your New Role as Assistant Management Accountant:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, as Assistant Management Accountant you will enjoy a diverse role covering the following duties:

• Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts for the Group
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Posting accruals, prepayments and journals
• Contribute to the annual audit process and year end requirements
• Involvement in various projects relating to strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and growth plans
• Review and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The ideal candidate will be committed to further developing their skills within finance, lots of exposure can be provided with the relevant support from the FC/FD. Ideally you will be actively studying CIMA/ACCA and committed to completing the full qualification. You will be forward thinking with a positive working attitude, willing to learn and contribute new ideas for improved ways of working. Succession plans are in place for this role to grow into a more senior position in the short to medium term.
