Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Warwick

Kenton Black are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will aid an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a view to looking after there own projects in the future.

A large regional contractor based in the Midlands, who have a a number of key clients in the local area.

The client works in Industrial and commercial schemes of up to £30M. They are looking to grow their Commercial Team across the Midlands and so are looking to bring in an ambitious young Surveyor.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing documents for tender
• Attending design and site meetings
• Measuring
• Producing cost plans and reports
• Pre & Post contract roles
• Contract Administration
