Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
Package: Car Allowance / Holidays / Pension etc.
Location: North East (Regional Coverage: Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland Areas)

The Client are a reputable Main Contractor with four Regional locations that are looking to expand the Commercial Team in the Northeast.

The client works across varied sectors such as: Industrial, Commercial, Leisure, Education, High-Rise with projects ranging from £10m to £100m+ (Average Circa £30m). They are looking to grow their Commercial Team across the North East and so are looking to bring in an ambitious young Surveyor.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing documents for tender
• Attending design and site meetings
• Measuring
• Producing cost plans and reports
• Pre & Post contract roles
• Contract Administration

The client would consider Graduate or Trainee candidates.
