Initially you'll be working on a scheme in North Birmingham supporting the Quantity Surveyor, with the opportunity to work on multimillion pound projects in the future. Salaries are negotiable depending on experience (Roughly £40k/£45k + Car + Package)

To be Successful:

• Experience in Construction.
• Ambition to progress in a commercial environment.
• Undertaking or willing to undertake further learning in Quantity Surveying.
• Information Technology literate in excel, word.
• Able to Drive with full license.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Sub-contractors tendering
• Final Accounts
• Sub -contractors payment
• Packages
• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reporting
