I have been given this great opportunity to represent this family-owned leading main contractor who are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor. This company build prestigious new build projects across the Midlands and have been running for 40 years.

The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, as a Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include the following:
• Procurement of subcontract packages.
• Subcontract application analysis and payment process
• Preparation of site budgets, including site development estimates
• Quarterly CVR’s
• Working alongside our materials buyer and commercial assistant

The Candidate
The successful Quantity Surveyor would preferably have some experience within the role of Quantity Surveying. We are looking for someone is eager and want to get stuck in and help the company progress.
• Had Experience on site and within the role of Quantity Surveying
• Full Driving License
• IT literate

The Company
They are a main contractor who work on new build projects in the Industrial and Healthcare sectors. Their head office is located in Bromsgrove.

The Package
This role offers a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience within the role and experience in commercial build. The other benefits are as follows:
• £4,000 car allowance
• Fuel allowance
• 25 days holiday + statutory
