Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor – NEC Experience

Salary up to £30k + Fuel Card + Pension + Profit Share (flexible)

I am recruiting for an intermediate QS who is NEC savvy to carry out the following, who will be managed and overseen by one of my clients construction directors.

The role would best suit a graduate or junior Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step on the ladder and provide training as required if necessary.

Duties to include:

Monthly valuations on contracts up to 4 million pounds, generally using activity schedule or BOQ.
Value changes, ensuring contract timescales are strictly adhered to.
Carry out costs v valuations analysis.
Carry out subcontractor valuations.
Ensure site costs are up to date.
Report accurate figures to the directors.
Be full conversant with the full Microsoft office suite.
Preferable – be able to use Microsoft project, or willingness to learn.

Given the nature of the role you spend quite a large portion of your time working on various sites across the area, before reporting back to the office.

Package flexible dependant on the level of person.
