Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Yorkshire Commercial team to start on a scheme in North Yorkshire. They are established in the region with work for the next 3-5 years secured.

Role/requirements as follows:

• Dealing with Sub-contract packages
• Checking labour & timesheet records
• Site Measurement records
• Valuations
• Variations
