Role: Assistant Site Manager
Project: New Build Housing
Project Length: 6 Months
Location: Hereford
Contract: Freelance or Perm
Day Rate: £200 per day (Salary is negotiable depending on experience)

A House Builder is currently looking to source an Assistant Site Manager to help complete 90 units outside of Hereford. This would be suitable for anyone who has had new build housing experience and is looking to progress their career.

To be successful you MUST have your SMSTS and First Aid, Fire Marshall and Scaffolding is highly beneficial. The units will be from inception to completion so you will need a good understanding of NHBC building regulations and Finishes.
