Kenton Black Finance are delighted to be working with a reputable and ambitious mid-tier Accountancy Practice who are currently looking for an Audit Senior to join their growing team. They have experienced significant growth in the last 2 years so you will be joining an empowered and innovative team. What You Will Be Doing

As an Audit Senior your role will see you liaising between the Audit Manager and the clients to ensure high standards are met, you will plan and lead engagements considering budget and resources in order provide the best service possible for their clients. You will have the freedom and support to identify alternative or innovative methods to complete assignments by using your market insight and technical knowledge.

By building strong relationships, you will be able to support and develop the team, especially the more junior members, identifying training needs and reviewing work. Working closely with the Managers, Directors and Partners this role will firmly put you on the right path for progression.

Skills We’d Like To See

For the role of Audit Senior we would like you to be able to demonstrate –
- Your ability to work to deadlines
- Good technical understanding
- A background in External Audit working with a variety of clients from various industries.
- ACA / ACCA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience reviewing/ mentoring junior team members work.
