I am currently working with an award winning main contractor and they are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to join them on a highly prestigious project in central London.

They are currently in RIBA Stage 4 with Stage 5 Design works kicking off next year. You will be part of a contractor lead design team working with a multidisciplinary consultant.

Tasks will include:

- Model-Centric Delivery Strategy for 3D Design Development and Data Validation
- 4D Planning and Scheduling (Digital Programming, Buildability Model Development and Logistic Model Assessment
- 5D Digital Cost Planning
- 6D Sustainability Model Development
