Business development manager
This is a permanent opportunity paying negotiable salary, car allowance plus bonus
Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to a consumer product testing laboratory based in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to sales enquiries coming in to the laboratory
To attend Trade fairs and through other networking opportunities promote the Consumer Product Testing brand to reach new customers and generate sales.
Be proficient in designing and delivering presentations to new customers to engage their interest in the Eurofins offer.
Report to management about competitive landscape, market opportunities and best practices seen in the market
Ensure client project paperwork is returned and completed in a timely manner
Provide a high level of internal and external customer care
To undertake price reviews and annual renegotiation of commercial agreements.
Qualifications:
Degree in Science or equivalent
Proven experience in selling laboratory testing services to cosmetic and detergent manufacturing sector.
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT
Excellent presentation, communication and written skills
Excellent experience time management
Experience in working within target driven environment
Ability to successfully present information regarding company services to the clients
Must have full UK driving license
