We are currently recruiting a Buyer for a privately owned residential groundworker based in Telford, Shropshire. The business has 20 years trading history and work with a range of reputable and well-known housebuilders throughout Shropshire.

They are looking for a Buyer with a proven track record working within residential groundworks. The ideal candidate will have experience procuring materials and plant as well as have experience in subcontract procurement and negotiation.

They are interested in interviewing driven individuals, who are commercially aware and able to think outside of the box in terms of sourcing materials outside of existing supply chains if necessary at market price. They would also like an individual who technically proficient with an understanding of the projects and materials involved.

On Offer:
• £45,000 basic salary DOE
• Company package (negotiable benefits based on candidate experience)
