Based on the outskirts of Preston, this organisation work hard to maintain their position as the UK’s biggest and most trusted provider in their given industry. Having operated for over 45 years, they are now seeking to employ a Finance Assistant on a full-time and permanent basis, working a 35.25 hour week (flexible hours). You will maintain accurate control of the cash management Ledger functions, and maintain accurate ledger accounts for a variety of separate areas including bank related transactions and sundry sales.

Your New Role as the Finance Assistant:

As the Finance Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:-

? Daily Bank reconciliation of six bank accounts
? Maintain and manage Cashbook
? Liaison between bank and credit control
? Management reports
? Daily download of bank statements from Internet banking system.
? Daily reports on receipts and payments for finance team.
? Cash management journals between bank and general ledger accounts
? Refund cheques for sales ledger.
? Streamline transactions for sales ledger payments
? Weekly cash flow analysis
? Ad hoc reports and duties

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
