I have an exciting opportunity for an HGV Class 1 driver to join our fantastic construction client based in Solihull. This vacancy has come about due to work winning & growth.

Minimum 2 years of experience moving heavy machinery is essential and no application will be considered without this experience

Immediate start/Full time
Salary: 38k to 40k Depending on experience
Working Hours: 06.15 am to 16.30pm Monday to Friday less 45 minutes break per day + Overtime

Driver must hold a Clean Driving Licence, Hold Full Driver CPC Qualification and be in possession of a Digi Card. Also preferred CSCS/NPORS Loading/Securing Qualification or equivalent

Responsibilities include:
Load and unload plant machines in accordance with the Company code of practice
Maintaining the security of load when loading, transporting, and delivering construction machinery
Carry out daily checks on vehicles
Comply with legislation regarding vehicle safety, tachographs operation, and working time
Accurately complete work onto the system

About you:
You must hold an HGV class 1 license & a full CPC card
Experience of driving a low loader vehicle delivering and collecting plant is essential
ADR Qualification desired but not essential
Hiab Qualification desired but not essential
