Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients valued at £400k, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Acting as an advisor to clients on a wide range of accounting, tax, and business-related matters.
- Leading client meetings, providing strategic advice, and offering guidance on financial decision-making.
- Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of accounts, tax returns, and other financial documents.
- Managing and coordinating multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to client businesses and cross-selling services.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in a client management role within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
