Client services advisor (English, Dutch and German speaking)

This is a fix term contract with high potential to go permanent ( 9-12 months fix term)
Kenton Black is a recruitment partner to a global genomics laboratory who are looking for client services advisor to join their team based London. This person will be responsible in resolving customer queries and liaising with the external customers

Key responsibilities

Responsible for liaising with customers over the phone, email and face to face in English, Dutch and German
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Provide administrative support
Responsible for managing client portfolio
Liaise between laboratory and external clients to resolve any queries they have
Responsible for sample logging, shipping sample collection kits, report distribution, invoicing and any other office- based activities.

You will proactively manage client relationships on an ongoing basis
Requirements
To be fluent in English, Dutch and German is essential
Previous experience in customer services or administrative role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and written skills
