SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Cloud Accounting Manager you will be working with a range of clients in your portfolio from start-ups to multi million pound turnover companies, many that they have been assisting for many years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF Cloud Accounting Manager
-Client experience and delivery
-Work planning on client portfolios
-Part of and input into leadership team
CLIENT EXPERIENCE & DELIVERY
-Ensuring needs of client is met through:
-Effective delivery of work flows
-Ensuring all deadlines / timings are delivered
-Meet and exceed client expectations
-Responsible for commercial aspects of client management
-Review and sign off workload
-Raise draft invoices
-Two way communications with Partner
WORK PLANNING ON CLIENT PORTFOLIOS
-Managing all accounting and tax engagements with your client portfolio
-Attend regular work planning meetings and input into teamwork plan
-Secure work with client
-Resource workloads with team and self
-Regular communications with partner
-Communications, regular team meetings (up/down)
-Learning and Development of team, skills
-Resource work, setup work, coach, review and feedback on work
-Continuous improvement – people learn from their efforts, success, mistakes and failures
-Undertake annual appraisals for staff, supported by quarterly 1:1’s - recognising people’s efforts towards success, mistakes and failures
INPUT INTO LEADERSHIP TEAM
-Delivery of strategy
-Attend and input into regular SLT meetings
-Input into annual business plans to suit external demands and aligning with the vision / ambition of the firm
-Delivery of team objectives as identified in the strategy and balanced score card
