The role

This is a highly analytical role. You will get involved in financial forecasting, managing month-end close and working with capital management, cost control, capex and investment. You will asssit with all aspects of the Management Accounts and you will deal with complex spreadsheets, creating insights from data and building and automating dashboard reporting. You will carry out sales data analysis, cost modelling and work on data project work and root cause analysis

Experience required

As an active studier towards your ACCA or CIMA, you will be operating as either An Assistant Accountant, assisting with all aspects of accounts with very strong advanced excel skills, that have been demonstrated practically. Or you will be a studier, with strong experience working in an FP&A/ analysis/ data environment. You will have experience of data insight and reporting and use of dashboards such as Power BI. You will be very advanced on excel, able to carry out pivot work and power query. VBA is advantageous.

Candidates from an IT background and not accounts will NOT be considered. You must have management accounts experience. 

You must be located in the UK and local to Manchester.
