Civil Engineering – Earthworks

Company details and job overview:

This company is a regional subcontractor which specialises in Earthworks and Remediations. They are a growing company who produce an annual turnover in excess of £15million. They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team and grow within the company. They would also consider a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the right level of experience.

Salary and benefits:

• £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.

Experience/attributes required for a Commercial Manager:

• Experience using both NEC and JCT forms of contracts.
• Experience as a Commercial Manager or several years as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject.
• UK driver’s license.
• Full right to work in the UK.
