Kenton Black have recently partnered with a Midlands based, up & coming Main Contractor, who are actively in the market for a Commercial Manager/Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Our client has a Surveying Team in place and is now in the market for a Commercial Team Leader. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be instrumental in setting up effective/efficient systems and procedures.

The Managing Director has an exceptional pedigree in terms of his Contracting background and therefore has many longstanding client relationships, which have organically assisted in the growth and development of this business.

Our client currently enjoys a turnover of £30 million and deliver projects ranging in value from £10-£25 million with all schemes being of a New Build nature with associated fit out elements. They have 2 regional offices in the Greater Midlands and predominantly operate within the Industrial/Warehouse sector although they have aspirations of developing into the High Rise Residential, Care Village & Student Accommodation markets in the future.

This is very much a career opportunity and the successful candidates will have significant autonomy and upon success will develop up to Commercial Director as the business grows.
