COMMERCIAL MANAGER
COVENTRY

Our client is currently going through a HUGE growth period and are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join the team for work based in the East.

THE ROLE:
• The client are looking for someone to grow as an individual and further progress themselves, whilst growing with a fast growing business.
• Your role will be to work closely with the directors and clients to help them through the period of growth.
• You will oversee the business from a commercial stance and build relationships with new & existing clients around the East of the country.
• You will apply a strategic approach to the growth.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• Good knowledge of the groundworks industry.
• A real drive to develop as an individual and help the company grow themselves.
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
