COMMERCIAL MANAGER
COVENTRY

Our client is currently going through a HUGE growth period and are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or Commercial Manager to join the team for work based in the Midlands.

THE ROLE:
• You will be the commercial head for the company as they continue to grow working closely with the directors.
• Have full commercial responsibility for the company.
• You will oversee the business from a commercial stance and build relationships with new & existing clients.
• You will apply a strategic approach to the growth.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• Good knowledge of the groundworks industry.
• A real drive to develop as an individual and help the company grow themselves.
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or Commercial Manager.
