Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager required for long term opportunity in Peterborough. Likely term of contract is 8 months +. Project in excess of £100 million. Work includes; New steels, mezzanine floors installation, £50 mill M&E package, offices, cladding canopies, office fit out, labs, canteen etc. Previous experience of shed building and refurbishment / internal shed fit out is essential. Typical duties include; managing the day to day site operations, produce and implement weekly programme’s, manage the site services security, cleaning operations, site temporary services, and manage / oversee the health and safety on site including the approval of all method statements. All applicants must be able to provide two recent, credible references.
