Role: Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager
Salary: Up to the £60,000 + package

Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager required in Peterborough. Project more than £100 million. Work includes New steels, mezzanine floors installation, £50 mill M&E package, offices, cladding canopies, office fit out, labs, canteen etc. Previous experience of shed building and refurbishment / internal shed fit out is essential. Typical duties include managing the day to day site operations, produce and implement weekly programmes, manage the site services security, cleaning operations, site temporary services, and manage / oversee the health and safety on site including the approval of all method statements.
