Your new role as the Credit Controller:

As the Credit Controller, you will report directly to the Finance Manager, whilst working as part of a small credit control team.
You will:
• Make contact with clients in regards to outstanding payments, building relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring clients pay on time
• Processing and allocating payments, dealing with internal queries in a timely manner and responding to client queries
• Resolve problems efficiently whilst dealing with non-payment issues or unresolved queries in an effective and professional manner
• Assist in the preparation of relevant reports and liaising with solicitors and bailiffs when appropriate
Experience & Qualifications required to apply:

To be considered, you must be possess at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have advanced Excel and computer skills, excellent communication abilities and impeccable attention to detail skills. In addition, you will be capable of problem solving, possess analytical skills and capable of working well under pressure. You must be able to demonstrate that you are well-organised, able to work to strict deadlines and possess strong negotiation skills.
