Kenton Black Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the areas leading manufacturing companies based in Wigan. Due to continued expansion our client is looking to hire an Accounts and Credit Control Administrator to join their friendly and professional team. This role is a permanent full time position.

Your new role as an Accounts and Credit Control Administrator:

You will work within the Finance team providing support across a wide range of duties. You will also work closely with the Financial Controller.

Working Hours/ Days: Full time, Mon – Fri.

Day to day duties:

• Controlling the credit control function and servicing the sales ledger
• Recovering outstanding debt and reducing debtor days
• Posting payments onto the system
• Instigating and updating legal action where necessary
• Producing monthly reports
• Using creditsafe and vetting new customers
• Checking sales invoices
• Invoicing
• Accounts administration duties such as cash book reconciliation

Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:
• Credit control experience
• AAT level 2 – desirable
• Strong Excel skills
• Syspro experience – advantageous
