Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a well-established and aspiring Company in the Accrington area. This business are a brand leader in their niche industry and are recruiting to meet the needs of their strong client base. They are therefore interviewing for a Credit Controller to join their already experienced team. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and aspiring individual looking for their next step in the finance industry.

Your new role as the Credit Controller:

As the Credit Controller, you will be reporting to the Transactions Manager. You will be dealing with the daily maintenance of the debtor’s ledger, ensuring timely payment of debts and the monthly production of debtor statements. In addition you will be handling the importing and reconciliation of sales ledger invoices, whilst being the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries. You will also maintain strong relationships with external debtors and internal regional teams, whilst reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary.

Experience & Qualifications required to apply:

To be considered, you must possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You will have Excel skills, excellent communication abilities and impeccable attention to detail skills. In addition, you will be capable of problem solving, possess analytical skills and capable of working well under pressure. You must be able to demonstrate that you are well-organised, and you're able to work to strict deadlines.
