Kenton Black is looking for an experienced Customer Liaison Officer near to Gateshead to ensure that teams are working effectively, build and maintain relationships with customers and communicate effectively.
This is a contract role with the opportunity to move onto a permanent position after 12 weeks. If successful, you will be offered a competitive salary, car allowance, and various benefits to suit you.

The successful Customer Liaison Officer will be expected to:
• Be responsible for supporting with liaison between customers, clients and wider community
• Deliver an excellent customer service experience
• Be responsible for contractual commitments such as planning, diarising etc.
• Deal with enquiries/issues relating to works conducted by site teams and sub-contractors
• Establish an effective communication system to keep all parties informed
• Carry out site visits with client and customers
• Deal with complaints and concerns in a positive manner
• Manage any reporting required for the Contracts
• The role will be working on External planned works, mainly i.e. roofing schemes

We are interested in speaking to Customer Liaison Officers who:
• Experience working as a CLO in social housing
• Good communication/presentation skills
• Proficient IT & Administration skills
• Flexibility is essential with regards to hours and travel
• Full UK driving license
• DBS Check is required
