Kenton Black Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the areas leading companies. Due to recent growth our client is looking to hire a Data Administrator to support the Financial Controller but also play an integral role across multiple departments for the business. This role is permanent and will join an existing team of professionals.

Your new role as a Data Administrator:

You will report into the Financial Controller but work closely with the Sales Manager and also the Finance Stock Controller. This role is a newly created position due to expansion. This will offer the successful applicant an opportunity to have exposure to all areas of the business and offer long term development.
Working Hours/ Days: Full time, Mon – Fri.

Day to day duties:
• Maintaining price files
• Price lists maintenance
• Customer discount structures
• Set up of product codes and maintenance
• Data cleansing
• System maintenance
• Master data
• Compliance
• Fixed asset register
• Support function for all departments

Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:
• High attention detail
• Strong IT skills in particular Excel
• Previous experience in a similar role
