WARWICKSHIRE/ WEST MIDLANDS - UP TO 60K + PACKAGE

My client is a main contractor that turns over c£700m out of a number of offices, which one is experiencing substantial growth. They are an established award-winning main contractor that has been growing steadily for over 45 years. Due to an increasing pipeline of work and continued growth they currently have an opportunity for a someone to join the new build Construction Division working on schemes ranging from £10m - £50m.

They are looking to employ a Design manager/ Coordinator who can work alongside a senior Design Manager currently within the business and complete schemes within the Commercial, retail, Student Accommodation and health

You must have experience of working for a main contractor and be able to demonstrate longevity with a company and ideally have knowledge of pre-construction. You must be ambitious and enthusiastic and ideally looking to progress and develop with an expanding company
