Role: Design Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £80,000 plus package
Location: Birmingham

A growing, dynamic Main Contractor are looking for a Design Manager to join their construction team in the Midlands and be responsible for the functional leadership and management of a design management team.

The business has been operating for several years and has 4-5 exciting sites starting in 2022, with values of these site up to 120 million. Furthermore, the business has a proven track record in high rise residential projects and have local work within the Birmingham area for the foreseeable future.

To be successful:
• Previous experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience on High-rise residential projects
• Steel frame experience
• Have extensive experience working as Design Manger in Preconstruction
• A proven track record of work wining and bid conversion
