Rate: £350 per day

Kenton Black are working with an Award Winning Contractor who are currently recruiting for one of their existing projects in North Derby / Nottingham. They have a strong presence in the Commercial sector, and have delivered large flagship commercial buildings across the Midlands and the North. This opportunity is for a Senior Design Manager within the Build team, this role will be to cover a project in North Derby for 6 months +.

What we need:
Professionally recognised qualifications
Design management experience with major contractor
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
Commercial awareness
