With workload keeping consistently busy, contract awards & a pipeline of work into 2024, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager with experience of working on high rise city centre build for a growing main contractor initially on one of their high profile projects in Leeds.

This position for a Design Manager will be to take full responsible for all design aspects on one of their new projects in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge particularly within the PRS / High-Rise Residential / Commercial sectors as well as the ability to communicate with all parties in the pre-construction phase through to project delivery. Ensuring designs are being scrutinized to identify issues before they impact build programmes, chairing meetings and liaison with consultants & subcontractors will necessarily be integral to the success of this role.
