Project: Industrial & Commercial
Rate: £350 per day

Kenton Black are working with an Award Winning Contractor who are currently recruiting for one of their existing projects in Reading / Theale. They have a strong presence in the Commercial sector, and have delivered large flagship commercial buildings around Surrey, Reading, and Milton Keynes. This opportunity is for a Senior Design Manager within the Build Division.

What we need:
Professionally recognised qualifications
Design management experience with major contractor
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
Commercial awareness
