Up to £70,000 plus package

Our client, an established main contractor, who currently enjoy a turnover in excess of £700million are actively in the market for an experienced Design Manager for their Midlands region. They operate within both the Civil Engineering and Build sector, however these current requirements are very much focused on their Building arm with live projects on site along the M1 corridor.

They are an established award-winning main contractor that has been growing steadily for over 45 years. Due to an increasing pipeline of work and continued growth they currently have an opportunity for a someone to join the new build Construction Division working on schemes ranging from £10m - £50m.

Sectors of work: Industrial, Student Accommodation, Data Centers, Retirement Living & High Rise Residential.

Location of projects: On the M1 corridor including: Rugby, Coventry, Leicestershire, Kettering. Dependent on where you reside, your reporting regional office can be either Birmingham or Northampton.

In terms of package, our client of happy to reach a basic salary of £70,000 plus package and bonus (20% paid over the last 10 years) for the ideal candidate.
