The Design Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background who has mixed experience commercial experience from Industrial Shed and education projects.

Rate: £300 - £350 per day
Start: ASAP
Length of Contract: 6 Months +
Location of Projects: Reading
Value of Projects £3m - £12m

The Key Requirements:
- 3 years plus experience
- Professionally recognised qualifications
- Design management experience with a main contractor
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
- Commercial awareness
