Construction Document Controller Office Manager

This truly is a fantastic opportunity for an experience document controller with office management experience to join one of the best names in the industry. With an ever-growing pipeline of work, new clients and expanding team it’s an exciting time to join this dynamic and forward-thinking company.

The role will see you wearing many different hats managing the control of documents using 4Projects as well as general office management duties. You will be dealing with a wide range of internal staff, clients, architects, engineers and more. You will be using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, 4Projects and other systems on a daily basis so you must have a strong set of IT skills. The role will also offer you the opportunity to gain experience in office management and as you grow with the business the opportunity to pick up new skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate technical documentation for projects from concept to completion and archive
• Deal directly with internal and third-party queries regarding documentation
• Scan, document and file all incoming and outgoing technical documentation
• Key point of contact for all documentation support and location including design, construction, clients, finance agreements and more
• Understand client and project document requirements across all projects and sustain compliance with those requirements.
• Be responsible for checking the quality assurance of all documents
• Maintain Operation & Maintenance /Health & Safety files
• Ensure all key documents are stored correctly and with correct details and access

What we are looking for

• Strong I.T Skills
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Sills is a must
• Experience with 4Projects (4P)
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• A key eye for detail
• Ability to build relationships quickly
• Degree in Construction related field or Business Management/Admin would be beneficial
• Experience working within the construction industry
• Office Management Experience
