Role purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for enterprise activity, programmes and approach to enterprise within the economic inclusion team and wider organisation.
Reporting to the Economic Inclusion Manager, you will work strategically and operationally developing and maintaining partnerships with relevant, influential, borough-based and pan London organizations across the public, voluntary and private sectors to support the availability and accessibility of enterprise services and opportunities.
The post holder will lead on the below activities as a member of the wider Economic Inclusion Team with core aspects including Employment, Skills, Apprenticeships and Childcare Initiatives:

• Encourage and support improved awareness, co-ordination and the continuous refinement of local enterprise delivery and lead our enterprise strategy with local multidisciplinary teams
• Procure, manage, and develop external enterprise delivery producing reporting data and impact assessment reports.
• Externally promote enterprise activity, share best practices, coordinate delivery across partnerships and develop constructive enterprise relationships with other anchor organizations.
• Building strong partnerships with key strategic partners and anchor organizations to pool support and opportunity.
• Play a lead role in coordinating our enterprise approach to procurement opportunities via our supply chain and developments.

About you:
You will have/be:
• Experienced in managing and procuring business support or development or a background in entrepreneurship with relatable relevant experience.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
• Passionate and enthusiastic for creating opportunities for established and new businesses and an active commitment to equal opportunities, with the ability to work in culturally diverse communities and groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with both residents and professionals.
• Ability to effectively monitor and report on related income and expenditure as well as key performance indicators.
• IT literate with the understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office effectively and social media platforms.
• Experience of working collaboratively and effectively with disadvantaged and culturally diverse communities.
