The Company:
An exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Coventry region. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

My client enjoys a £400 Million Turnover out of the Midlands Region with projects ranging from £20 Mil - £50 Mil covering a range of sectors including Commercial, Education & Healthcare and High Rise Residential.

About The Role:

As an Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region for my client. Your focus is:

Creating and understanding specifications.
Building relationships with clients.
Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
Reporting and working closely with the Director

About You:
Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
Understanding and creating specifications.
Experience working on Public Sector Schemes.
Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years' experience within Estimating.
Great technical knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Live within a commutable distance of Coventry
