You will have full commercial responsibility for a residential groundworks & civil engineering business based out of Coventry. You will be the commercial right-hand man to the directors. A young, driven, ambitious team who are currently going through a steady, calculated period of growth. You will be responsible for pricing of projects and seeing them through to final accounts, building upon existing client relationships and bringing new clients into the business. You will be the commercial right-hand man to the directors.

THE ROLE:
• You will be the commercial head for the company as they continue to grow working closely with the directors.
• Have full commercial responsibility for the company.
• You will oversee the business from a commercial stance and build relationships with new & existing clients.
• You will apply a strategic approach to the growth.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• Good knowledge of the residential groundworks industry.
• A real drive to develop as an individual and help the company grow themselves.
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or Commercial Manager.
