My Client are a well-established Main Contractor with an excellent track record of delivering high quality construction build projects from £10m - £100m+. With increased workload in the West Yorkshire region, the Client is recruiting for an experienced Façade Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
As Façade Manager you will be working on all elements of external envelope for a range of projects including; commercial, student accommodation, private living etc. typically based in a city center environment. You will work closely with Project Management on planning and programing as well as monitoring installation and all external envelope activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 / large Main Contractor Background
• Will be experienced in working on large city center projects (ideally high rise)
• Possess excellent knowledge of external envelope: curtain walling, cladding, roofing, glazing etc
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
