Kenton Black International is excited to be working with this hugely successful and rapidly growing international data centre developer and on their behalf we'd like to hear from any Senior/Associate level Quantity Surveyors from a consultancy background with significant experience in data centre/hi-tech construction, shell construction projects.

In this home based role, the Feasibility Quantity Surveyor will work with the Design & Delivery and Commercial functions to support the commercial, and investment team in preparing feasibility budgets, cost plans, and cost benchmarking reports on data centre projects globally.

Applicants should have -

1. Previous experience of hi-tech and/or data centre construction.
2. A track record and experience of working with teams, prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines.
3. Degree qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management or quantity surveying
4. 10+ years in Quantity Surveying role with a cost consultancy experience – Senior Associate level.
5. Exposure and experience with both MEP and CSA cost management.
6. Experience in feasibility studies, benchmarking costs, preparing budgets & cost planning for hi-tech construction projects.
7. Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
8. Strong organisational skills
