Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Field-based in the LA/BB/OL postcode areas
Type: £Competitive, Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours)

Responsibilities:
As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with best-in-class quality service. Key responsibilities include:
• On-site corrective/preventative maintenance
• After-sales technical and commercial support
• Participation in the 'On Call Rota' for weekend/out-of-hours work (once fully trained)
• Adherence to Health & Safety policies
• Professional communication and relationship-building with clients
• Timely reporting and completion of documentation
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements and providing client quotations
• Collaboration with sales teams on potential leads
• Offering feedback on product development
General Requirements:
• Ideal: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or similar
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
• Full UK driving licence required
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in the water industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Healthcare and Scientific market is desirable
• Experience as a Service Engineer or in a Technical Support role is beneficial
• Passion for delivering a first-class customer service
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
• Professional, detail-oriented, and organized
• Competency in IT skills
