Due to impressive company growth, the business are searching for a Finance Manager to support on an exciting project for the group. This newly created role will work collaboratively with the commercial team and commercial finance managers to manage the overall financial control of this division.
Hybrid – in the office 3 days (usually Tuesday to Thursday)

Your New Role As Finance Manager:
In this key role for you’ll be responsible for the production of detailed and meaningful monthly management accounts, providing regular financial reports based on the operational performance of the business. You will feedback to the Managing Director and you will support on commercial matters within the business. You’ll play a pivotal and driving part in the management of budgets/costs, P&L and provide timely financial insight/analysis to key stakeholders and as Finance Manager, you’ll drive the overall financial control of this key business for to ensure it remains profitable. A hands-on role, working closely with many stakeholders, you will look to implement financial controls and work to develop the financial information to drive business performance.
Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:
You’ll ideally have several years post qualification experience and a background working for large, complex organisations, ideally within the construction industry, and previous experience working on sizeable contracts. QBE or formally/part qualified in ACA ACCA CIMA, you’ll either be a very experienced Management Accountant looking for the next step up, or, currently in a Finance Manager or Head of Finance role for a smaller/similar organisation. The successful candidate will need strong Excel skills and be rehearsed in developing controls and procedure. You’ll be comfortable working onsite with the rest of the team and happy to commute to head office based in the midlands for meetings.
